October radiates pink in honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, and the travel industry joins in with special menus, spa treatments, airline benefits, and events. Here’s how you can support efforts around the world.

Pretty in Pink Afternoon Tea

Guests at the Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong can enjoy the Pretty in Pink afternoon tea in Café 103 to raise awareness for breast cancer-fighting initiatives. The menu features 10 pieces of rose-hued desserts, savory bites, and mocktails. Through November 30.

Spa for Good in Palm Beach

In sunny Palm Beach, book the Power of Pink scrub at The Breakers Palm Beach. This fragrant foot soak gently exfoliates skin, and includes a reflexology massage and glass of rosé prosecco. At Eau Spa at Eau Palm Beach Resort and Spa, relax with the Essence Facial, a European treatment designed to cleanse, exfoliate, and hydrate skin. A portion of proceeds are donated to the American Cancer Society of Palm Beach in support of Breast Cancer Awareness Month.

Pink Nuts

Buy strawberry chocolate macadamia nuts, available only in October, at The Kahala Hotel & Resort and a portion of the sales will benefit the Breast Cancer Research Foundation$32 per half pound box.

A Brave Heart Cocktail

Last year, Aristotle Florida’s mother passed away from breast cancer. To honor his mother, the lead bartender at Amanyara created a cocktail named Brave Heart to pay tribute. It features her favorite fruit, strawberries, in the form of strawberry cordial, with Cocchi Americano, lemon juice, vodka, a house-made St. Germain foam, and a dehydrated, heart-shaped strawberry for garnish. All proceeds from the sale of the cocktail during October will be donated to the National Cancer Society of Turks & Caicos Islands.

The Ritz-Carlton, Santiago

The hotel offers a slate of activities in October. On October 8, a prevention talk with the clinic Las Condes will share the importance of early detection to save lives. On October 18, enjoy a fashion evening with an accompanying pink tea time with a rosé sparkling wine station, a chocolate fountain, and a selection of sweets and teas. On October 21, book the Pink Brunch in partnership with Estée Lauder – pastry chefs will surprise guests with desserts filled with pink colors.

Run for Cancer in Marrakech

The Mandarin Oriental, Marrakech will host the Run for Cancer for hotel guests on October 12 to raise awareness on the importance of early detection of breast cancer. Staff members are also sporting pink ribbons during the month to raise awareness, and the hotel’s Ling Ling restaurant features a pink shot through the month with proceeds going to a local charity.

Miles for Donated Dollars

In the company’s 35-year partnership with Susan G. Komen, more than $36 million has been raised to help find a cure for breast cancer. This year, if members of the AAdvantage program donate $25 or more to Susan G. Komen, they get 20 AAdvantage miles for every dollar donated. Through October 31.

Online Airline Shopping

For the first time, travelers can purchase Pink Boutique merchandise through Delta’s online store, with proceeds benefiting the Breast Cancer Research Foundation. Delta is also donating ten percent of all food and beverage sales in the month of October to the foundation.

S’well

You support the planet with reusable water bottles, but now breast cancer research, too. For the month of October, S’well is donating 20 percent of the retail price of its Bikini Pink, Pink Topaz, and Geode Rose water bottles to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation.

Samsonite

As a partner with Susan G. Komen, Samsonite will donate $50,000 to the organization in 2018-2019 regardless of sales. Show support by sporting one of their pink suitcases.
